How to Order

All orders must be placed thru the website, if you are having technical difficulties we also accept phone orders during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST, at (760) 518-5223.

Payment Information

We accept Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders made payable to Sic Motorsport Products. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. For your protection, we do not accept cash through the mail. Credit card orders will only be shipped to the billing address listed with the bank that issued the credit card. $25.00 fee charged for all returned checks. Western Union also available for Out of State sales.

Warranties

All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchases will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts. Sic Motorsport Products and the manufacturer will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, neglect, accidents, or competition use. Warranty claims apply to parts only.

Shipping

All items will be shipped UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. UPS requires a physical street address; they will not deliver to a P.O. Box. All freight charges are the customer's responsibility. Large items will be sent out using an insured truck freight company.

Oversized (OS) Items

All items that are considered "oversized" are items that can be shipped via UPS, but at an oversized rate, indicating a minimum fee of a 30 lb. package. You will need to contact our Customer Service Department for shipping quotes on all "OS" items.

Returns

Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call. Sic Motorsport Products will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. A defective item can only be replaced with the same item. Another item cannot be substituted.

Damage Claims

Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately notify UPS so that the necessary steps can be taken to insure prompt replacement of any damaged goods. Notify Sic Motorsport Products for instructions on returning damaged goods. Sic Motorsport Products is not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification given after three (3) days of receipt of delivery.

Shortages

Always check the contents of your delivery to ensure that all the parts ordered are received. If a shortage has occurred, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery to insure a prompt replacement. Sic Motorsport Products assumes no liability after this point.

Foreign Orders

All foreign orders must be prepaid before shipment can be sent. Due to the constant fluctuation of currency rates and depending on the items being ordered, your freight fees will vary. It is important that you contact Sic Motorsport Products for shipping quotes.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

All orders shipped 2nd Day Air. All orders must be prepaid with credit card, money order, or cashiers check. No C.O.D. orders will be accepted. UPS rates depend on the items being ordered. Contact us for shipping quotes.

Sales Tax

All orders outside California are exempt from sales tax. California residents are required to add the appropriate sales tax to all orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. The current rate is 8.25%.

Third party trademarks, trade names, product names and logos, contained in this Website may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. The information, products, and services included on this Web site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein.
